Who We Are

The Private Unaided School Association (PUSA) of Punjab is a registered organization (Reg. No: 217) dedicated to representing the interests of private CBSE and ICSE schools. Established by prominent educational leaders, PUSA serves as a cohesive platform for addressing administrative challenges, advocating policy reforms, and fostering educational excellence.

Our role includes collaborating with school administrators to simplify regulatory compliance, represent school concerns in legal matters, and standardizing academic infrastructure to deliver premium education to students.

Our Key Priorities

  • Protecting private educational autonomy and ensuring reasonable fee regulations.
  • Facilitating seamless CBSE/ICSE affiliation procedures and resolving No Objection Certificate (NOC) issues.
  • Advocating for transport tax fairness and safety regulations (e.g. Safe School Vahan scheme).
  • Assisting schools with legal and operational guidelines under RTE and state rules.
